WHO ARE WE
Explore Developments (Pty) Ltd was established in 2019 by Dean Ferreira with a view on sustainability, and a brand that will live with you well into the foreseeable future. The company understands the dynamics of the difference between entry-level homeownership and high-end residential developments and its goal is to give homeowners the ability to enjoy their surrounds and space through great design, coupled with form and function.

Construction of residential houses mainly in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg. In the beginning, the company needed to establish itself by marketing and selling other developers' developments, and then eventually co-developing with various developers to gain trust and momentum in the industry. The early years have been very progressive under the brand of the 3Sixtyº Realtors banner as the selling arm. Through these years the company has grown from strength to strength, having successfully completed five residential complexes totalling an excess of 300 units.
Now based in the Western Cape, the company is focused on providing high quality, residential apartment blocks and lifestyle sectional title schemes for homeowners as well as Investors

OUR ETHOS
The driving force behind Explore Developments is a core of dedicated, hands-on, skilled individuals whose experience span over years of sales, marketing and construction projects. A site manager is appointed for each respective site and construction is managed by our team of highly experienced personnel, in conjunction with our various professionals including an architect, town planner, civil & structural engineers and a quantity surveyor.

We believe that success can only be achieved through honest business dealings in combination with hard work and striving to deliver a quality product of which one can be proud of. All products utilised by ourselves are SABS approved and we have been a member of the NHBRC since 2022.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL
All finishes are hand-picked per development, matching the location, style and customer base to produce an outstanding finished product that any interior designer would be proud of.

We look at small detail to accommodate purchasers with any reasonable requests and afford clients an opportunity to be part of the building process by permitting them to view the unit during construction under supervision of our site manager. We use every endeavour to ensure that all units are delivered on time.
